Youthful Energy Reiki with ASMR
Hi everyone, I'm actually on a little vacation this week but recorded this before I left NY. The themes have been kinda heavy on the channel recently so I thought it was a good time to bring in something a little lighter. In this session we allow the flow and activations of youthful energy within us.
Themes are excitement, non judgement, energy facial, releasing stress, how the body can lead, style, and similar.
