Reiki & Drum Session | Before Sleep (ASMR, Soft Spoken, Feel Safe)
Hey everyone xx In this video I want to get you energetically ready for sleep with a relaxing, slow paced Reiki & drum healing session - focused on emotional safety and better sleep. I use my cruelty free shamanic reindeer drum for some powerful healing vibrations and one other instrument as sounds are a big part of my healing videos.
I noticed afterwards that the video is rather short, I guess I'm a little out of shape. I promise the next one will be longer! Thank you for being patient for a whole month, I hope you enjoy this quite short healing session and that you fall asleep easily.
