I hate seeing you in this much pain..
March is Endometrosis awareness month.
I really wanted to make this a gender neutral audio, simply for anyone struggeling with this condition or with bad cramps in general.
This audio is in no shape or form meant to be a replacement for medical advice and/or treatment.
It is simply meant to bring a bit of comfort in the moment.
What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes.
Common symptoms are severe period pains, fatigue, heavy or irregular periods and nausea.
