I talk about this a lot here in the cozy corner, but I really do think we’ve become so disconnected from just being where we are. Everything is constantly pulling at our attention now. Phones, notifications, social media, stress, worries about tomorrow… all of it.
So tonight we’re taking a little pause from that. 🥰
We’ll do some grounding breaths, settle into stillness, and explore what helps you personally feel connected to the present moment. Maybe it’s your breath. Maybe it’s noticing the room around you. Maybe it’s just letting yourself sit quietly for a minute without needing to do anything else.
That’s really what tonight is about. Just slowing it all down for a little while. 🌿
