today I have a classic triggers video for you focusing primarily on scratchy-tapping, though I include some tapping, scratching, and tracing too. this is a no talking video and I include 5 different objects. a cardboard box, cardstock, a notebook that I designed (www.likeasandbox.com), a small matte plastic box, and a plastic container of Hershey's cocoa! I hope you find these sounds and visuals relaxing and enjoyable!
