ASMR Hypnotic Hand Movements, Cose-Up Face Adjustments, and Soft Clicky Mouth Sounds to help you drift off tonight ๐ค this one has a darker background (I've seen a few more of you requesting that lately!), and it's been a while since I did a video focused on hand movements.
The video is looped, and the second half includes a gentle rain sounds, so you can listen either with or without rain sounds or play the entire video through for background noise while you fall asleep. I added the rain at the end since itโs not something I usually include ~ just wanted to ease into it gently :) I hope this brings you calm and comfort tonight ๐ซถ
