Hey, Goonz. It's Yongnam. And it's fucking hot already in Seoul, I just can't even. And I'm blonde again, but this is just to move on to pink tomorrow, so basically this video is to capture this blondeness in the middle and celebrate it. So here we go.
If you're a novel or epic movie fan, you probably know the word "universe." In fiction, a universe means the overall setting that makes the fictional stories possible. Like the protagonists, the periodic background, the relationships between the characters, and so on. Whether the universe is based on reality or it's surreal, it functions as the basic system that attracts the viewers/readers at the bottom.
That's called a fictional universe, and what I wanna point out here for all of us is our own life's universe, which I'd like to call a non-fictional universe. Actually in many cases, non-fictional worlds are more dynamic and interesting than fictional worlds, because fiction is basically written to entertain the viewers/readers but non-fiction just goes as it's originally supposed to. And more importantly, fiction is dogmatically run by the fictionist's interpretation of the universe, but a non-fictional universe allows literally millions of varied possible stories because there's no writer ruling in our life.
The problem is, many people live their non-fictional universes as if they were in fiction. Moreover, that fiction is boring as fuck. I live in Korea, and especially most Korean people live like that. You're born, you go to school, and then graduate, go to college, and then graduate, struggle to get a job, get married, and then die. You know where this boring-ass storyline is from? The last century. Better yet, the last millennium. Many people are forgetting we're living in a new millennium. We're essentially different from the old generations. We're the generation of freedom, creativity, culture, innovation, and virtually all good shit. We need to live that way. And to live that way, we need to first realize our own universes and start interpreting them.
The people in your life, your friends, family, and enemies, your neighborhood, your job, your hobbies, your passion, hopes, and dreams, and so on, everything, little or big, that constitutes your daily life, is not just your environment, but your own universe. You can become as epic as you realize your role in that vast context. We all live for our own stories, and the most attractive part is that we are the writers AND protagonists at the same time here. You could die someday, but your universe will last forever even after that, and you'll keep communicating with the continuous stories afterwards. That's how we keep growing up. So grasp your innate universe, understand it, and start living THROUGH it. Thank you.
