The pelvis and hips are one of the hardest regions of the body to gain flexibility. This is the fastest way to open the pelvis that I know of to release tension and tightness. Start out easy as these moves are not for beginners. If you can receive consistent chiropractic care, your stretching routines will be much easier and more rewarding.
