Tonight, we're sitting with a difficult but deeply human question:

Why do we keep returning to the very things that hurt us?

Whether it's relationships, patterns, habits or ways of thinking that we promised ourselves we'd leave behind, many of us know what it's like to find ourselves back in places we thought we had outgrown.

In this gentle Bible study, we'll explore what Scripture has to say about repeated cycles, familiar pain, healing and God's invitation into something new.

Together we'll look at:
🤍 The Israelites longing to return to Egypt after God had already set them free
🤍 Paul's struggle between the flesh and the Spirit
🤍 The renewing of our minds through Christ
🤍 God's kindness that leads us back to Him
🤍 The promise that God is still doing a new thing in our lives
