Comment "TRAINING" for my beginner guide.

Week 13. Home gym officially destroyed.

Bands breaking one after the other. Pull-up bar about to collapse.

Scheduled gym return: 2 weeks. Reality: Can't wait anymore.

5 home workouts done. Everything's broken now.

Also running again. Cardio is terrible. But it'll come back.

2 weeks until gym. Time to go back.
