Hey my loves. For this session I felt really called to work with the concept of surrender. Sometimes the collective is under stress and we all feel the heaviness as individuals. This session intends to act as a refuelling station ✨
Come back to it when ever you need a deep retreat to rest and refuel your energy. I apologise for my stomach gurgling, this happens during reiki attunments and when giving deep energy work pretty frequently. Nothing to worry about just an indicator that we as a collective are processing. No wonder after 2020 🤯
Rest, refuel, recalibrate, take as many breaks and rests and possible. You are not a cog in a machine and you are worth way more than your productivity and what you can achieve 🙏
