makeshift:
間に合わせの=maniawaseno
一時的な/ichijitekina=also means "temporary"
間に合う/maniau=to arrive in time
間に合いますか？/maniaimasuka?=Will you make it?
間に合わせの宿泊所/ma ni a wa se no shuku haku jo
= a makeshift camp
仮説避難所/ka setsu hi nan jo
and
一時的な宿泊施設/
ichi ji teki na shuku haku shi setsu
= makeshift shelter
