In addition to my longer asmr videos, have decided to start a new video series, "Two Minute Talk". I will be providing some guidance and advice in these short talks which will hopefully provide some stress relief.
In today's video, I hope to help eliminate your post-weekend blues and motivate you to make the most of Monday... I mean, we all need some Monday motivation now and then. So please take a moment to sit still, relax, and clear your thoughts; ready for allowing some positive mantras to enter your mind.
I hope you feel relaxed and comforted by some reassuring words, personal attention, gentle hand movements and soft whispers. Just remember; break your goals down into manageable steps and you will be on your way.
