Depression is a topic that hits very close to home for me, which is why I found myself crying in the recording. I will warn you that if this topic of conversation is as sensitive to you, you may find this one to be triggering.
This audio is not intended to be medical advise, and I'm NOT a therapist. My only intent is to help that one person out there in need a some momentary support. In the audio, we talk about mental health and the importance of trying to be open to seeking help. While your partner, family and friends can (and should) offer you support, depression is a serious mental illness that requires professional help.
If you or someone you love is struggeling, know that there is help to get and that you/they deserve to get it. There is NO shame in getting help. You don't have to fight alone.
