Today, I’m quickly going over 5 different breathing techniques, in the hopes that you might find one you really like and can continue to use to reduce stress or fall asleep.
It’s a good idea to start these breathing techniques sitting up, but you can do the final two laying down in bed if you’d prefer, especially if you’re trying to fall asleep.

Fun fact: I used the 4-7-8 breathing while at the dentist recently. Definitely helped me feel less stressed!
I’m pretty awkward, and when I shot this, it was one of those ~extra~ awkward days, where I couldn’t really talk. Do you ever have those days too? No amount of editing can fix me lol. However, trying out the breathing techniques is hopefully worth it anyway! :)
