About 7 years ago I had started looking up hypnosis sleep aids and ever time I've migrated into the ASMR crowd, but sleep has always been the number 1 benefit I've found from this medium, which is why I probably tend to favor sleep-roleplay videos.
For a lot of people, ASMR is that tingling sensation we experience from a massage, or someone playing with our hair gently. Others describe it as a tickle or goosebumps and some watch and listen to help calm the mind without experiencing any tingles.
