**Giant Marshmallow Recipe**
*Ingredients
8 eggs
400g sugar
110g gelatine powder
200g corn syrup
160g water
corn starch
1. soak gelatin(110g) in water
2. prepare egg white (8 eggs)
3. boil sugar(400g), corn syrup(200g), water(160g) over medium heat until 120℃ -do not stir
4. melt the gelatin in a microwave 60~90sec until melted.
5. whip egg whites
6. add boiled syrup(3.) little by little and whip
7. add melted gelatin and vanilla extract(10 drops) and whip -add food coloring if you want
8. put corn starch at the bottom of the mold. ( you can use oil instead )
9. pour the marshmallow and keep in the refrigerator 1~2hrs.
