🤍 If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, exhausted, or like life has been moving faster than you’d like, this session is for you.

Many of us spend our lives waiting for the chaos to end before allowing ourselves to feel peaceful. But what if peace isn’t something we find after the storm passes? What if it’s something we can begin cultivating while the storm is still around us?

In this session we’ll explore the idea of remaining steady amidst uncertainty, using examples from nature, architecture, athletics, and spirituality before moving into practical nervous system regulation techniques. Together we’ll discuss breathing, environmental awareness, visual focus, humming, relaxation practices, and simple ways to create more moments of recovery throughout the day.

This isn’t about escaping life.

It’s about learning how to move through it with a little more grace, flexibility, and calm.

So get comfortable, take a slow breath, and let’s spend some time together.
