Today I will be giving you a relaxing indian head massage to help you sleep using my fingers and wooden tool so sit back, close your eyes and enjoy the tingles.
I begin by spraying some aloe vera conditioning spray and then some argan oil to moisturise your hair and scalp for the indian head massage. I then massage your head and scalp with my fingers and then with the wooden tool. I then massage your forehead, hairline and ears. I finish by brushing your hair as your hair got tangled with it.
