시각적 팅글이 많이 느껴지는게 청각적 팅글보다 훨씬 중요하더라구요.
그래서 이어폰 없어도 잠이 솔솔 올 수 있게 제 취향을 담아서 화면에 집중 하는 영상을 들고 왔습니다.

I'm going to touch and trace your full face with different visual triggers.
For me, personally I don't wear airpods when I go to sleep so visual triggers are more important then audio triggers when I'm watching ASMR videos for sleeping!
So I made this video with my personal preferences in asmr for you to sleep well even without using earphones.
