Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come in to our optometry department today for a routine eye exam, only today's exam will be a little different as your doctor will not be talking.

This video was made by request of quite a few of you! Part of the request was that you wanted the video loopable - however, I know a lot of people prefer to have the intro. To try and find middle ground, the video loops 4 times with the intro only playing in the beginning.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
