ASMR: Relaxing Rain Therapy & Shirodhara Head Oil Massage #shorts
I visited The Baray Spa inside Sawasdee Village Hotel in Phuket, Thailand, and it is hands-down one of the most stunning, gold-detailed spas I've ever seen.
The treatment started on a smooth marble bed for a 30-minute Vichy Shower rain therapy. Above me, a specialized shower simulated natural rainfall, shifting from a light, warm drizzle to a heavier, refreshing downpour. The rhythmic sound of the water hitting the stone was incredibly hypnotic.
Afterward, we moved to the main room for their 90-minute signature "Kesa Release." It began with a deep back, neck, and shoulder massage, followed by a traditional Shirodhara head treatment. The therapist poured a continuous stream of hot sesame oil directly onto my forehead and scalp. The feeling of the warm oil combined with her firm chest and arm massage gave me instant goosebumps. She is a PRO. The 2-hour session ended with a thorough hair wash and shampoo. I was completely K.O. 💆♂️💤✨🌿🌊
