Hello my Butterfly 🦋
Sometimes we hold onto things long after they’ve stopped helping us… thoughts, memories, fears, old versions of ourselves.
This video is a little space for you to sit with me by the ocean and finally let some of that weight go. 🌊✨

The waves were so calm when I filmed this… it felt like they were breathing with me. I hope they do the same for you. Just let the sound guide you, soften your shoulders, and let your mind quiet down. You don’t have to force anything — whatever is ready to be released will simply melt away on its own.

In this meditation we breathe slowly together, visualize letting go, and make a bit of room for something lighter… something new… something that actually nourishes you.
You deserve that softness.
