Frozen Awakening ❄️ : The Revitalizing Power of the Cold Plunge!
I did 16 minutes in 59 degree water Fahrenheit (15 C). Some studies suggest 50 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 15 degrees Celsius) to be an optimal temperature range for cold plunges focused on reducing muscle soreness for 10-11 minutes. I barely made it! This Floridian is very hot blooded 🔥 I did feel the coldness for a solid 30 minutes afterwords. I noticed a mild increase in energy throughout the day. IT WAS QUITE THE RUSH! I would definitely do it again in a colder temperate bath for a shorter period of time.
