I'd love to read all about it in the comments below, I know that seems like engagement bait and it kinda is I guess, but I'm actually genuinely curious how you've been and the things you've been up to lately. I can have 2 motives in asking you to talk right :P

After having a holiday then Jury Duty and then getting sick.. I've had a interesting couple of weeks lately. For those wondering I'm better now, I'm a little fatigued but better. I'm itching to get back into exercising again didn't realise i would miss it. ill have my stamina back soon and then i can push myself real hard after getting back into it.
