This is a 10-minute ASMR HIIT workout designed to be low-impact and apartment friendly. No jumping, no loud music—just soft spoken/whispered coaching, breathing sounds, and a calm workout environment.

Each exercise lasts 1 minute, and there is a 30-second rest halfway through the workout, so you can move at a steady pace while still getting your heart rate up.

This workout includes 10 low-impact exercises, including standing movements, planks, and low-impact burpees. Perfect for people who want a quiet workout, live in an upstairs apartment, or enjoy the relaxing focus of ASMR while exercising.

An interval timer animation appears on screen so you can easily see how many seconds are left for each exercise.
