Today I'm finally doing more ASMR in Finnish, as the last part was very popular! If you didn't know, I'm Finnish, and Finnish is my native language! Finnish is also a very tingly language, so it should be pretty sleep inducing! I did some Finnish tongue twisters, trigger words, whisper rambling, comment reading, and other tingly stuff! What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli. These sensations are said to spread across the skull or down the back of the neck and, for some, down the spine or limbs.
