Today’s soft-spoken body scan is designed to help you release deep tension so you can drift off to a peaceful sleep. Throughout the session, I’ll be channeling reiki healing energy as I gently pluck away anything you’re ready to let go of, creating space for something new.
This is a POV session, with fabric smoothing synced to your deep breathing. There will also be some calming massage elements and gentle rain sounds for an added touch of relaxation.
