Stress has become the norm for most of us.
Most of the time you’ll not even acknowledge it.
Because It’s not a full breakdown.
It’s not everything falling apart.
It’s a slow creeper.
It’s a slightly on edge feeling.
It’s your brain being so overloaded with tasks that you end up sat on the end of the bed for 20 minutes paralysed with handfuls of unpaired socks.
It’s suddenly being irritated by every single noise in the house.
You’re still functioning.
Still getting things done.
Still replying to messages and putting the bins out and being a normal, capable human being.
…but underneath it, something feels off.
This Reiki session isn’t here to fix your whole life tonight.
We’re not aiming for complete peace, total healing, or waking up tomorrow as a brand new person who suddenly loves emails and has their life perfectly together.
