Logic Behind Sleeping Positions
Left Side:
Best for digestion & heart. Reduces acidity and helps detox. Ideal for pregnancy.
Right Side:
Good for heart relaxation, but can increase acidity.
Upward (Back Sleep):
Keeps spine straight, reduces joint pain, but may cause snoring.
Backward (Stomach Sleep):
Can reduce snoring, but causes neck & back strain. Not advised long-term.
