The heavy feeling in my legs and foot completely disappeared after this. This session was 100% hands-on. The therapist used generous amounts of warm oil, applying deep thumb pressure to work out the tight knots in my arches and calves. You can actually hear the slow friction of her hands gliding over the tired muscles. It put me straight to sleep. This foot massage reflexology was so relaxing.
