The frequency illusion, sometimes called the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, is a cognitive bias. It describes the common experience where a person learns about something for the first time, and then suddenly seems to notice it everywhere. I've personally experienced this many times and I would be interested to hear if anyone else has also!

Thank you very much for watching,
Best regards,
Harry
