I thought it would be great timing to do a "How to Bullet Journal" (but in ASMR) for today's video! Bullet journaling can be a great was to stay organized and be a little creative each month. I keep my monthly spread very simple, so if you are looking for a simple, beginner friendly way to bullet journal, maybe this can help you! And if you don't bullet journal, I hope this video can help you relax or sleep. 😴
If you saw my last video, you know I like to set a few monthly goals, and keep myself organized and I do so with a bullet journal! Today I slowly take you through in real time, as I show you how I set up my easy & simple monthly planner spread. This includes a title page, with a goal and income/ budgeting section, an accomplishments page, and then a weekly spread with space for weekly tasks and gratitudes. As far as ASMR triggers in this video- I slow whisper explain, make some paper/ book sounds, there is page flipping, hand movements, tracing, marker sounds, & writing sounds.
