What actually works is offensively boring: train 3-4 times a week. Eat in a calorie deficit. Walk 8-10k steps a day. Repeat for 30 days 🔄
That’s it. No dramatic reinvention. No becoming a monk. No 75 Hard meltdown. Just execution while the other guys keep rehearsing their speech 💪
