Here’s the uncomfortable truth: being annoyed by your gut burns zero calories. Hating your reflection doesn’t put you in a deficit. The TED Talk you give yourself in the shower changes nothing 🤷‍♂️

What actually works is offensively boring: train 3-4 times a week. Eat in a calorie deficit. Walk 8-10k steps a day. Repeat for 30 days 🔄

That’s it. No dramatic reinvention. No becoming a monk. No 75 Hard meltdown. Just execution while the other guys keep rehearsing their speech 💪

Be the guy who does it instead of the guy who talks about it 😉
