Jam-packed with all things sleep-oriented: personal attention, an exercise for spiraling/ruminating thoughts, and two types of guided relaxation/hypnosis/meditation geared for sleep. As a former chronic insomniac, I've been given sleep tips galore, but of course, many of them aren't super helpful. During the personal attention bit, we'll chat about what has actually worked for someone who has some different brain needs than most people, including an exercise I was taught for when I have spiraling thoughts at night. Then, we'll stack my favorite kind of meditations to make them much more effective for relaxation.

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
