Welcome! Tonight’s video is a sleep hypnosis/guided relaxation style video, with hand movements, swinging pendant, light triggers, and a mixture of soft speaking and whispering. Listen to my voice and watch the hypnotic movements as I guide you into a deep and peaceful sleep 😴💤💜 I played around with the colour grading a bit to make it look kind of dreamy and surreal, hope it's OK 😀
