🇭🇺 A Walk Around Tour of The Barber Museum | Budapest, Hungary

In this video we are given a walk around tour of The Barber Museum in Budapest, Hungary. This is the first barber museum we have seen on our travels and we were grateful to Aaron Gellei for showing us around.

Aaron comes from a family of three generations of barbers. His grandfather, dad, and his brothers all work as barbers. The museum is filled with the collections from Aaron's dad. Aaron's dad still works a few days a week in his shop across town, and occasionally he teaches at the barber shop academy. Aaron shared that it is important for the students to learn about the history of barbering in Hungary.

The museum is housed inside the Barber Shop Budapest located on 1054 Budapest, Bajcsy Zsilinszky út 64 near Budapest-Nyugati Railway Station. Open to the public during regular business hours.
