Tonight I have for you an eyes closed follow my instructions session (do what I say) to get you super sleepy and help you fall asleep fast! This is a Halloween thematic ASMR video as I'm including several different ear to ear triggers all related to Halloween or Autumn! We'll be doing guided breathing, pumpkin carving, word association, word search and other tests and games to get your mind tired and ready to sleep.
This video is all whispered ear to ear and close up to the microphones with dimmed / dark lighting.
First version includes gentle rain and relaxing thunder sounds and video then repeats with voice only.

What is ASMR??
