Lotta's ASMR
Published 3 years ago

Hi guys!
For this video, I decided to try a different angle and a different type of video. This is meant to help you sleep and relax.

With a focus on the microphone and low light, you can relax to delicate kisses and mouth sounds as well as soft brushing and finger fluttering.
Except for intro and outro, this video contains no talking or whispering which makes it the ideal video for sleep or studying! โค๏ธ

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! โค๏ธ

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called โ€˜tinglesโ€™). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as โ€˜triggersโ€™.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
