Hi guys, today I tried a relaxing head massage with a Tibetan hammer and a scalp massage with a guasha tool to sleep better! This massage was very relaxing! The masseuse started by relaxing me with a neck massage on the cervical fascia, then did a head massage, first with hands, then with some tools, and finally with guasha and the Tibetan hammer. Really a nice massage for insomnia.
