Counsellor Roleplay ASMR- Effective VS Ineffective Coping Strategies (Writing & Typing Sounds)

Hey guys!

Today's ASMR roleplay we will be looking at effective versus ineffective coping strategies that we use in our everyday lives.

If you would like to practice this yourself -
you just make two tables, one side for effective coping strategies and the other for ineffective.

This is a way to explore and use our self awareness skills to realise some of the things we do in our day to day life that may feel good in the moment and offer short term gains, but overall gives you negative consequences.

Typically, we find it easier to realise the things we are doing wrong and harder to find the things we are doing right.
I attempted this list myself before making the video and I really struggled to think of good skills I already use in my day to day- you might really have to think about this one. We usually have at least a couple, even if we don't realise straight away.

It's also a way to challenge some of our behaviours by incorporating new techniques and strategies.
Can you think of some simple effective strategies you can do in order to lessen your ineffective ones?
