This whispered ASMR video will show you how to massage your vagus nerve by releasing your sternocleidomastoid muscle. Activating the vague nerve in this way releases hormones that reduce inflammation in the body and increase feelings of relaxation. As this is an ASMR video it also includes multiple triggers for relaxation and sleep.
This is an extended video especially for insomnia and those people for whom it takes longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep.
