In this video, I begin the creation story according to the Mesopotamian myth found in the Enuma Elish. This translation of the tablets comes from Stephanie Dalley’s translation in her book, “Myths from Mesopotamia: Creation, The Flood, Gilgamesh, and Others” (1989).
