My Sensual and Sacred Self-Care Morning Routine | ASMR and Reiki | No Talking

Sound Journeys
Published 3 years ago

My sensual and meditative morning routine is designed to cleanse and connect me to my body, my intuition and the Universe so I can feel connected and be in the flow all day long. It includes hair play, touch, skin care, hand movements, tea pouring and drinking, energy cleansing with cedar and feather, page turning and journal writing, crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, drumming, crystals and Tibetan singing bowl. If we don’t connect to ourselves and the spiritual realms, and love and nurture our own body and spirit, who will?! I encourage you to watch and join me to connect to and love your own body and spirit and start your day off in a beautiful and nurturing way with this video. 🙏💛
