Hello! This ASMR is a Follow my eyes closed instructions for deep sleep! This includes lots of eyes closed instructions like guided breathing, ping pong body scan (focus on the body part), a fun category game with questions (I got this idea from a similar game that @GibiASMR did in her channel!) , follow the sound with your eyes and others. All triggers are ear to ear and the video is fully ear to ear whispered!
First half includes relaxing rain sounds and video then repeats with pure whispers only so you can choose which you prefer!
Like the title says, you can close your eyes in bed and just listen to my voice to drift off to sleep fast!
