Today's video is a lil mental health check up, I just wanted to check in on you and see how you're doing. This is the sort of video I have wanted/needed and like come on who doesn't want a friend to bring them gifts, food, brush their hair and do their laundry?! I've had many periods of self-imposed isolation in the past because I was regressing back into old habits and felt like I could only socialise when I was doing 'well' and had something exciting about my life to tell my friends. But I realise that friendships, true friendships, are ones where you're supported through the bad, average, sad and boring times too. Just want you to know that you're enough, okay and accepted exactly as you are. Let go of any expectations and just enjoy my company and our time together with this video.
