Your body is constantly preparing for battles that may never come, a phenomenon I call "anticipatory anxiety." This isn't a sign of weakness, but rather a nervous system that learned to protect you and hasn't received the memo that things have changed. If you find yourself in a cycle of overthinking and worrying, it might be time to ask if you truly need to keep fighting a war your body forgot to end. 🤍
