Hi!
Today I’m baking a chrismast spiced cake for my daughter’s school Christmas fair. I love easy baking recipes, and this is one of them.
Festive Spiced Cake
4 dl all-purpose flour
2 dl sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp gingerbread spice mix
1 tbsp syrup (e.g., dark syrup or molasses)
100 g melted butter
3 dl sour cream
Mix the ingredients and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.
