whatโs ASMR?
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is comparable to a cozy sensation evoked by specific sounds called ASMR triggers. These triggers range from auditory cues like whispering or tapping to visual stimuli such as gentle movements or close-up shots. While the ASMR experience varies from person to person, not everyone may experience the tingling sensation triggered by these stimuli. Nevertheless, many find ASMR content to be relaxing, calming, and enjoyable, sometimes even inducing sleepiness. Basically, my goal is to help you relax, sleep, and hopefully provide a bit of entertainment along the way ๐
