ASMR | Aura and Chakra Energy Healing Role Play for Sleep and Relaxation
Hello my lovelies, this is a slightly different video to my other ones. This features a role play involving a spiritual therapist who talks you through the different aura colours and meanings. She then assesses you and uses three chakra packages to help balance your chakras and allow you to gain fuel for three important areas: inner strength, love and communication. This is mostly a soft spoken video with relaxing backgrounds that change to the colour of the aura spoken about. There is also crinkling sounds and sounds of the crystals clinking together.
The aim of this video is to help you relax so that you can drift off to sleep or unwind after a busy day.
I had lots of fun making this video as it was a learning experience for myself! So I hope you all enjoy!
